My 6 year old daughter has a rash that started in the legs and has now spread to the entire back , forearms and arms. I've given 2 tablespoons allergy relief .

Started .... if the legs could be more than a simple allergy. Does it hurt ? Do you have a fever? Does your stomach hurt? Are you bulging or flat against the skin ? There is no way to diagnose without seeing the rash. See your doctor TODAY . If it is hives or welts, probably not very disturbing , but you can not tell without seeing the rash.
