My blood pressure is 120/ 89 and my pulse is 108 . Is this normal? Could this be causing my daily headaches ? I am a 22 year old woman and I experience headaches almost daily and I always shake hands. I'm not sure what could be causing this.

First things first. When someone lies down to sleep, it is always more likely to become aware of something that ignored or overlooked during the day. That is why things often seem worse, at least from the point of view of cause anxiety. That said, a normal pressure for adults (for teens too) is less than 120/80 mmHg. Hypertension or high blood pressure is higher levels above 140 mmHg (systolic) and below 90 mmHg (diastolic pressure). Between the two ranges mentioned is considered pre-hypertension. A normal pulse is usually less than 100 bpm (beats per minute) but realistically should be less than 80 bpm. Pain, such as headaches, can increase the blood pressure of an individual, like a pulse. But I worry that may be experiencing another problem. For example, an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism) may cause these symptoms. It is best that you consult your doctor evaluate you for it.
