My body aches , I have headaches and my right chest hurts, especially when breastfeeding . What could it be ?

It could be a viral disease unrelated or mastitis (infection of the breast tissue ) . If you can see any fluid coming out of the nipples, if you have fever and / or redness of the skin, you should call your doctor immediately. If it is a mastitis will require treatment with antibiotics. You can continue breastfeeding .
