My daughter has a rash that looks like hives all over my face and also has small dots as if they were blisters on his back , red with a black dot in the center.

Hives not usually accompanied by small blisters with black dots in the center unless it be impetigo. I'm not sure what can be blackheads. If there is an infection will require antibiotics.
