My shoulders ache after playing tennis. I have been told that this is a slap on the neck muscles . What should I do ?
The pain in the arm may be caused by the presence of muscles or nerves " pinched " on higher ground . We often spend too much time on the computer (writing this reply! ) - Repeated use and an underlying tension ( not to mention a disc disease ) minimize the space which can travel your nerves and muscles. A good " training of soft tissues " both by stretching, as by physiotherapy, could help a lot . Yoga is great for these problems.
