Pain in the right chest for an hour. Pain beneath the breast and along the abdomen that sometimes goes to the back. It is a sharp pain . Can they be gases?

Any acute chest pain should be evaluated immediately. Go to the emergency room. No pains are typical heart attack, but can not be discounted , like a clot in the lung or an aortic tear .
