Should I make an appointment with my gynecologist if you have nosebleeds, ear ache and headache ? I am 26 weeks pregnant and have not had complications so far. I have been having nosebleeds , ear pain and headache for 3 days.

I totally agree, you need immediate medical evaluation, and if it is getting worse should go to the ER, as this could be something more serious.
