The neck can move causing numbness in the face, pressure and tiredness. The first day I took an ibuprofen, I slept for a while and the pain gone. The next day the right side of the face was lulled , head pressure and thickness.

You can not see pinched nerves in an x-ray , an MRI would be needed for that, but its symptoms are poorly correlated with a pinched nerve . They can be complicated migraines . It is impossible to diagnose over the internet , you should consult a neurologist.
