Very often I have a headache in the back and a little on the base of the neck , as if I had a heart on my head. Are migraines? The neuro said yes.

If the neuro told you yes, be yes. Migraines are a very specific head pain . Often causes pain in one part or both . Interferes with daily life and work . It can affect up to light or noise , causing the patient to be completely dark and silent. The food can trigger , stress, etc ... In my experience Chinese acupuncture helps.
