What can be causing me pain and muscle fatigue ? For three months I have had muscle fatigue especially in the upper back tingling. I'm sore and tired limbs, aching joints and muscle contractions.

Autoimmune diseases such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis , could explain the symptoms , like certain metabolic disorders, such as thyroid problems. Finally , some types of muscular dystrophy, muscular dystrophy and limb , could contribute to the problems you are having. Check with your doctor .
