What can cause random blackouts? When I notice it happens as if the room started to spin, I get dizzy, I start to sweat, I feel weak and I can not hear anything.

Fainting should be examined thoroughly. It seems you may have Vertigo. It could be related to hearing problems (such as Meniere 's disease ) . Go to an ENT doctor.
