What could be possible causes of having blood in the urine , pain in the lower back , general fatigue and fainting ? I have only one kidney .

Since we only have one kidney , you really need to be proactive with your urinary tract symptoms . A urinary tract infection , kidney stones or inflammation can cause these symptoms. It has to be seen today ( go to the ER ) or at least talk to your regular doctor.
