Why do I hurt the soles of the feet? About six weeks ago, out of nowhere (with no injury / trauma or anything extreme) started to hurt the soles of the feet when I stand up to walk and after having been sitting more than 5 minutes or so. I don´t have tingling or numbness.

The most effective treatment for plantar fasciosis stretching exercises calf two or three times a day. These are the same exercises that many runners performed before jogging.
