Why urticaria appears? urticaria appears out of nowhere, I have in my arms and in the back. I take medication but I do not like because it makes me sleepy.

Urticaria occurs in response to an allergic reaction. Are you taking new medication? Are you eating different foods or are using soaps, lotions or detergents new? Some people develop hives when suffering from panic attacks or anxiety. Consider seeing an allergist to do skin testing , food or environmental allergies. You yourself must act as a detective trying to find out what new exposure may be causing this reaction.
